Fees
The program fee is $54 per month, payable at the first of each month, beginning with September. A $28 registration fee is due upon registration. Registration and online billing will be powered by Active Educate.
There may be additional fees for concerts.

Free use of instrument scholarshipWe own several instruments that can be loaned to a participating student for no charge. This would help reduce monthly costs since students would pay for instruction, but not have to pay for instrument rental.
Reduced instrument rental fee scholarshipEach school may own an instrument or two that can be loaned out for $50 each semester (Fall and Spring). This would help with reducing costs - students would pay for instruction and the $50 fee per semester, compared to renting an instrument for between $20 - 100 per month and also paying tuition. Reduced Program Fee Scholarship A reduced program fee of $31 per month ($28 registration fee applies) is avaialabe for students on free or reduced lunch. A copy of the lunch letter is required for this scholarship. Wiht a copy of your child's lunch letter (uploadedon the above scholarship link), we can give you a coupon code to reduce the Program Fee to $31 per month.* *Please note the registraiton software requires a larger deposit upfront, and then spreads the remaining balance out over the rest of the school year.

Possible Additinal Scholarship help
Our Scholarship Fund is low this year, and so most likely we can only do the Reduced Program Fee and Free or Reduced use of instrument for 2024-25. However, we may be able to help in just a few cases for families needing additional help. Please apply, using the scholarship link above.
